Night Photography Make Your Property Stand Out From The Rest http://www.propertypicture.co.uk/blog/2016/6/night-photography-make-your-property-stand-out-from-the-rest Night Photography Make Your Property Stand Out From The Rest

One of the ways to make your property  stand out from other properties for sale is to use photos that are different from the others on the property portals and in Estate Agents Windows. Show photos that will make your property stand out to buyers who will want to find out more about your property.

Not many Estate Agents or photographers have to skills to take night time photos of properties

We are professional photographers who cover many aspects of photography not just property pictures. We often take nightime photos of landscapes so we have the experience to produce nightime photographs of properties

A  twilight photo is taken usually of the exterior of the property, at dusk. It is used to showcase property lighting, and also can be used to showcase a beautiful sunset. They are different from the regular exterior photos.  They are more likely to grab the attention of the buyer when a home search is performed and thumbnails of properties are listed

Photo Enhancement For Property Photography http://www.propertypicture.co.uk/blog/2016/4/photo-enhancement-for-property-photography You have spent all that time taking pictures of your property but you're not happy because it was an overcast day or the car was in the way? you forgot to move the rubbish bins. You did not have time to mow the lawn, or maybe your photo's are overexposed or underexposed?

We can provide a service to make your property pictures look better: Under/Over exposure correction, reduce or remove shadows where possible.  Colour,  contrast correction and  sharpening. Photo enhancement is a way of getting your property to stand out. Eye-catching photographs can be the most important aspect of property adverts

Poor lighting conditions can be a big issue when taking property photographs.

We use several techniques such as adding new skies, perspective adjustments, colour and density corrections, and image cropping. We can remove any unwanted objects like bins etc, and make your photos look better.

We can add a blue sky to make them look like they were shot on a sunny day, we can also brighten the pictures up to make the pictures look much more appealing.

As well as adding a blue sky, increasing the colour saturation of grass will boost the vibrancy of the images

Wide angled photos can often distort photographs, showing the property at odd angles. Correcting this distortion will straighten the appearance of your image
